Sport Prize Giving

On the day before Friday my family went to my brothers Sport prize giving and my brother got a lot of prizes and we are so happy for him!

Concert

Today we had a concert, it was very fun and awesome and I enjoyed it very much. My favorite part was when we did a mauluulu and that is a Tongan dance, everyone loved it because we were confident and we were happy. I was very nervous when I had to do my own dance for the family because it was very nerve wracking to see a lot of people look at me well I was dancing, I enjoyed it and my family said"I DID VERY WELL" so I was happy! I loved it and I didn't dislike anything because it was very funny looking at the kids dance including me and this little boy named Finau Atu was dancing hard out and everyone went and danced with him. We raised a lot for our misinale and we raised like money in the thousands and I am happy!

Rugby World Cup

Today me and Ngwe Sin finished off our Rugby World cup puzzle I enjoyed doing the puzzle but we still need to do a little bit of more work to finish off. I liked it when we had to scavenger and look for the answers or clue and I was so blind and I was getting angry at myself just because I couldn't find some answers until some people told me where it was so thank you to the people who showed me!. The hardest part for me well doing the Rugby World Cup work was coloring because it was very hard to color because it was a big paper and my hands get soar very fast. I enjoyed making the RWC work hopefully it turns out well when we finish all the touches and decorations!

Rugby World Cup

For Rugby World Cup Japan and Russia had a rugby game and Japan bate Russia by 30 to 10 it was a good game to watch and it was a good game for New Zealand and South Africa 23 to 13 Well Done NZ! Looking forward to watching Tongan and Argentina's game.

Rippa Rugby Girls

Yesterday some girls from the middles went to a Rippa Tournament, they won against Tamaki Primary and Sylvia Park school and they made it into the finals but they lost against Point England school but it is okay at least they tried their best and never gave I am proud of the Rippa Girls for having a good game out their well done!

Rugby Game

Today me and my dad went to my brother's game today at Pukekohe high school well my mum and sister were at church. The game started and my brother intercepted the ball and got a score then he intercepted again and got another score. My family is very proud of my brother because he did well when he was playing. Because he did well my dad brought him some MacDonald's so we went to a park and had a picnic. It was beautiful because the river was clean and there were cute little ducklings. I enjoyed this day and I want to do this again because it was very nice!

I made two tagul of my class because my class is the best class I ever had and they mean so much to because they are like my family!

Netball

On Wednesday (yesterday) some people from our school went to the netball tournament. First we versed Bailey Road and we got a tie from 6 to 6 the worse thing happened and it was when the ball hit my head and I nearly fainted but instead of falling I got the worse headache so I didn't play 4 games because I was sick. I didn't want to go back to school because I knew I was going to get better but anyways I was walking around with Mrs Faalili and all of a sudden I spewed up and it was disgusting then I got better so I was lucky because I got to play the last game by versing St Pius school and we won and I enjoyed it because I got to play 2 games and also I got to join in the year  5 is last game so I enjoyed it! And also great work Glen Taylor School we did a great job.

Something nice for you!

This morning we have been doing some PB4L learning. So I made a poster about saying nice things about someone. So if you come to Glen Taylor you will see posters around so rip it off and give it to someone to brighten up there day.

Birthday Nightmare (Lexi)

Today I read a story about a birthday nightmare writed by Lexiannah Huch. I really loved this wonderful story because it was very interesting, sad, overwhelming and heartbroken because it was very sad that all her cousins nearly lost their grandpa but the wonderful loving lord gave him some breath to stay alive again. 

I loved how she used very interesting words because I know the words but I don't really use it that much so well done.

This is my favorite book in the Toi Toi books so far and keep up the good work Lexi!

Louis Sachar

In reading my group Tiki is reading a book about a writer Louis Sachar. This person is famous for the Holes or movie, dogs don't tell jokes and sideways stories about school. I am looking forward to reading the book about him when I am done finishing the whole book I can share some things about the book on my blog. I made a poster about him and 5 facts about him hope you enjoy thank you!

PSYV Camp

I got selected to go with a group from my school to go to a camp at Peter Snell Youth village. I can't wait to go because they said that there will be a lot of fun activities there that we are going to do so when i come back from the camp i will blog about what i did there!

Filming angles!

In Glen Taylor School we are doing some films. We do films because we are a manaikalani school so we make films and teachers pick a film to get presented in the theater where every school that is a manaikalani school. So we are learning about the angles and what we use when we shoot the videos so here is a slide about angles so enjoy what i made!

E Pro Practise

On Friday a little group from my school went to Stone field school to practice for a E pro 8 challenge. A E pro challenge is when we have to make something like in the practice we pass 1 and got 50 points because we made a catapult and the catapult has to go far than 3 meters so when we test it the first try it went like about 2 meters then we went back and fixed it a little on the 2nd try i got to shoot it so when i shot it we passed the 1 level because it went pass 3 meters. I enjoyed it and I can't wait to go to the 

e pro Challenge.

Flower Math

Today we had to answer questions on this flower and then we had to add a stem on to it I enjoyed doing this and i am happy because I did six digits. I reached my goal and I want to try go higher in my math.
